Exodus CRM
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EXODUS CRM customer relationship management platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Exodus CRM ("Exodus CRM," "we," "us," or "our").
Effective date: May 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. The Service
Exodus CRM is a customer relationship management platform that helps teams track leads, manage deals, organize events and orders, analyze performance, and communicate through connected channels. Features may change over time as we improve, add, or remove functionality.
We may provide the Service on a trial, free, or paid basis. Certain features may require a subscription or additional configuration.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials where you failed to safeguard them.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle presented at checkout or in your account. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar governmental charges.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Upload, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications that violate anti-spam or messaging platform rules.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to process sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis, notice, and safeguards.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of information, records, contacts, files, and other content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Customer Data and for obtaining any rights, consents, and notices required to collect and use it through Exodus CRM, including data relating to your customers, leads, and team members.
7. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may connect with third-party platforms such as messaging, advertising, or email providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, actions, or content.
8. Intellectual property
Exodus CRM and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, design, documentation, and other materials, subject to applicable open-source licenses where noted. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other in connection with the Service. The receiving party will use such information only as needed to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Exodus CRM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exodus CRM and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Customer Data, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from your Profile page or by following our Data Deletion instructions.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or plan-specific terms presented at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Exodus CRM regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Exodus CRM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
