Company
A branded instance within the CRM platform, including company name, address, contact information, branding configuration, and operational settings.
Organization
The default company automatically created during onboarding. It is linked to the Exodus CRM license, managed by the primary account, can be edited, but cannot be removed.
Primary Account
The main administrative account responsible for license ownership, support plan management, billing and payments, credit management, and global platform administration.

Your Organization is the default company created during onboarding — linked to your license and managed by the primary account. Additional Companies are branded CRM instances you can create for separate branding environments, clients, or business units.
Exodus CRM Premium is planned for Q3 2026. Exodus Lite is planned for Q4 2026. Contact us for early access, partnership inquiries, or Premium+ availability today.
Yes. All plans include secure cloud hosting and security monitoring. Premium and Premium+ also include daily automated backups retained for up to 7 days. Premium+ adds a dedicated private hosting server with performance monitoring.
